No doubt, Davido Music Worldwide, DMW has joined the league of top notch record labels in Nigeria capable of grooming young and unknown arstistes to superstars. The label as owned byDavido, attained this height after the success recorded so far on Dremo and Mayorkun’s deal. The duo took the industry by storm after their signature in 2016 with some of their songs gaining top spots on music charts in Nigeria. But the question is, who has more hits?
In 2016, Mayorkun set the stage with hit songs like Eleko, Yawa among others. This year, the young, talented act has been able to prove his worth with songs like “Prayer” featuring davido, “he also make a cover of Nonso Amadi cover “Tonight“. He continue with “Sade” and “Mama” gaining positive reviews nationwide.
Meanwhile, the self acclaimed King Of Trap Music, Dremo also started his first year at DMW with “Fela“, “Ojere“, “All Work No Play“, “12 Bang” featuring Davido among others. He has also been up this year with “Iro Nla” and his latest single “WHO” taking over the radar.
